tried three times to get tested by one of the other COLEMS,
and they were a disappointing mess. I never did work
it out with them. But one email to you at iNARTE did
the trick. The wait for the test was short, the test
was administered professionally and in an appropriated
setting, all test materials were beautifully printed, and
the grading was done at iNARTE and the license issued
within a week and a half of the test. |

so easy to deal with. I looked around for other
schools before, but they were too expensive. If I
hear of anyone who needs their FCC License, I'll recommend

All in all, my experience studying for and taking the GROL test was very good with
iNARTE. My stress level studying for the exam was already high, so you folks
really help reduce that stress level significantly. |

Just a note to say I took the test for the GMDSS radio operator license at the end of January at your Medway, MA Headquarters and I received the license in my mailbox in Annapolis, MD by the time I returned home 3 days later. Amazing! Compare that to the nightmare I am in now. I took the test for the Radio Maintainers license on Feb. 6 at [name withheld] in Mobile, AL and the FCC in Gettysburg has yet to receive my positive results. Thanks for your professionalism.
