which permit, certificate, license or endorsement is required; and tells you
the written examination(s) that must be passed in order to gain a particular
license. The software program
contains all you need to pass the FCC GROL with Ship Radar Endorsement. The disk covers all 1,300 possible
license examination questions on all three elements and their multiple choices,
