Job Description:
Schedules, coordinates and supervises testing for electromagnetic interference/radio frequency interference (EMI/RFI)
enclosure certifications and interference resolution issues. Evaluates basic customer requirements and engineering
design concepts, modifications and usage plans for radio frequency (RF) enclosures prior to purchase to ensure
appropriate facilities are built. Coordinates with customers and engineering to define appropriate test procedures.
Evaluates test data to determine certification, repairs or modifications of radio frequency (RF) enclosures. Identifies
sources of EMI/RFI signals to resolve complex signal interference problems, etc. - Writes test reports, certification
documents and other technical documents as required. Repairs or recommends repairs to complex problems with EMI/RFI test
facilities. Performs RF emissions testing at various sites. Experience in the Electromagnetic Interference/Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMI/EMC)
Shielding industry is more valuable than formal training. Bachelor's degree and typically 10 or more years' related work
experience, a Master's degree and typically 8 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and
experience.
Security Clearance - ability to obtain.

Job Description:
Conduct and/or monitor electrical, environmental, and Electro-Magnetic Interference (EMI) testing in support of the Navy's General Purpose Electronic Test Equipment Program (GPETE). Perform market research that leads to the development of requirements documents outlining physical and electrical characteristics and specifications of test equipment and systems. Develop moderate to complex test procedures for electrical and environmental testing. Produce test reports that accurately reflect the performance of test equipment and systems.
Requirements:
. Five years of test experience. Experience with the GPETE program is a plus.
. Ability to conduct electrical, environmental and EMI testing
. Ability to develop test procedures for electrical and environmental testing
. Ability to analyze test data to ensure that the product was tested per the procedures and standards
. Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

Clearance: Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Degree: Requires a BSEE/BSCS or equivalent experience
