iNARTE (i-NAR-tee) is a worldwide, non-profit,
professional organization which certifies professional engineers and technicians in the
fields of Telecommunications, EMC, ESD and Unlicensed Wireless Systems Installation.
Candidates are evaluated by verifiable measures including, as appropriate, examination,
experiential and educational background and reputation for unquestioned competency within
their specified expertise. iNARTE develops certification criteria, testing tools and study
material which accommodate the evolution of the telecommunications industry.

A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was executed between the International Association for Radio, Telecommunications and Electromagnetics, Inc. (iNARTE) and the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board LLC (d.b.a. ACLASS). The MOA provides a framework for both organizations to cooperate in the development of training and professional certification programs intended for managers and staff responsible for preparing laboratories for assessment and maintenance of laboratory quality.
