- Complete the Telecommunications
Application Form and submit non-refundable application fee.
Submission of the application form implies agreement to adhere to the iNARTE Code of Ethics.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications.
Provide a current resume or submit the iNARTE Resume Equivalent form.
- Provide evidence of completed courses/training in radio and/or telecommunications.
Official school transcripts may be required. Photocopies of applicable training certificates may be submitted.
- Using the iNARTE reference forms, submit a minimum of 1 supervisory reference and 1 other reference supporting
character and competency at the Junior Technician Level.
Reference forms should be forwarded directly to iNARTE. References
must also support qualifications for the endorsements requested.
- Compose 10 original multiple choice questions with correct answers and supporting references.
- Pass the iNARTE Junior Technician examination
(minimum
score 75%)
OR the FCC General Radiotelephone exam (or hold a GROL
license)
OR Apply as a graduate of a two year ASEE Program from
an iNARTE Accredited College or University.
All of the above requirements must be met. Items should be mailed to iNARTE at 840 Queen Street, New Bern, 28560.
iNARTE will compile requirements as they are received. Upon receipt of Application Form (Item 1), coordination of exam may begin.
